This week, we began looking into the specifications required for our project by working on our in class assignments, which included listing customer needs, system specifications, house of quality, and technical performance measures. We also created an overall roadmap and assessed risks with our project.

Outside of class, we focused on breaking down the entire system into smaller independent projects.
We were able to create two mini teams to focus on different aspects of the system:

• Juan and Travis (BME): tubing, canisters, pumps, manifolds
• Lindsay and Carson (CpE/EE): draining, communication, fluid levels
• Elizabeth (MechE) will be split across the entire project, with focus on mechanical design

Our next focus will be to research implementation ideas for the subtasks listed above.
