Hello Gators! This is the first blog post of Team 21(name under construction). The six of us have had our first meeting with our coach today and are getting to know each other more and more. Excitement and anticipation are through the roof as we get ready to embark on this year long journey. We cannot thank UF’s Food Science and Human Nutrition Department as well as Dr. Andrew MacIntosh enough for this opportunity. We also want to thank our coach, Larry Warren; we look forward to learning and training under you in this incredible experience.
