
Julianna Gonzalez
Biomedical Engineering, 4th Year
Julianna Gonzalez is a 4th-year Biomedical Engineering student and published undergraduate researcher. She enjoys applying CAD and PCB design skills in both her research and in the classroom for engineering education. As team lead for a Dream Team Engineering project, Julianna prioritizes clear communication, documentation, and learning opportunities for others. Since January 2025, she has interned with Axogen, a peripheral nerve repair company, as a Quality Engineering Intern, gaining experience in risk management, design control, and process improvement. Outside of engineering, Julianna is an active member of UF’s Cuong Nhu Martial Arts club and local dojo, Tallest Tree. She is passionate about the intersection of medicine and engineering and hopes to improve the quality of life of those in her community.

Julia Lesser
Biomedical Engineering, 4th Year
Julia Leser is a fourth year Biomedical Engineering Student with a minor in mathematics and experience on various research projects. She has worked with the Stabler Diabetes Tissue Engineering Lab, The Lewis Immuno-Modulatory Biomaterials Lab, and with Dr. Peter Antevy and the Palm Beach County Fire Rescue in association with HCA South Florida.

Matthew Li
Computer Science, 5th Year
Matthew Li is a 5th-year Computer Science student at the University of Florida and a Junior Product Manager who believes in learning through action, iteration, and growth. He has held roles in software engineering and product management at organizations including C Spire, UpLift, and the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center. At UF, Matthew served as President and now Senior Advisor of Product Space, where he launched workshops and oversaw client projects connecting students with industry. Beyond his professional and academic work, he is passionate about building student organizations, advancing tech education, and advocating for the APIDA community.

Ezequiel Medrano
Computer Science, Minor in Philosophy, 4th Year
Ezequiel Medrano is a Computer Science student at the University of Florida with a minor in Philosophy. He focuses on cybersecurity and software engineering, with experience spanning web accessibility, systems design, and hands-on projects like DreamTrail, a MERN-based sleep-tracking web app, a C++ Memory Manager library, and ChompSorter, a Python-based algorithm visualizer. In addition to his technical work, he is an advocate for the Latinx community and has worked with local LGBTQIA+ nonprofits to raise almost $2,000 in June 2025. Skilled in C++, Python, JavaScript, and web frameworks like Node and React, Ezequiel is passionate about creating secure, reliable, and accessible technologies that make a meaningful impact.

Huy Nguyen
Computer Engineering, 4th Year
Huy Nguyen is a fourth year Computer Engineering student, set to graduate in Spring 2026. Huy has worked as an Undergraduate Peer Instructor for two courses in the UF Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering: EEL 3701C (Digital Logic and Computer Systems) and EEL 4744 (Microprocessor Applications) As the Vice President of the Pair-a-Dice Board Gaming club, and Webmaster for the UF chapter of IEEE-HKN, he has developed skills in leadership and organization. Through his experiences, Huy is always willing to learn everything he can and share his knowledge with his peers.

Aizlyn Potter
Mechanical Engineering, 4th Year
Aizlyn Potter is a 4th year Mechanical Engineering student with a minor in Business Administration. She has hands-on experience in electromechanical development through the ChemE Car Design Team and active involvement in Alpha Phi and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. She is currently an Engineering Intern at AtkinsRéalis, where she contributes to projects using her skills in CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), process modeling, data analysis, and manufacturing process improvement. Proficient in MATLAB, Microsoft Power BI, and ArcGIS, Aizlyn brings a strong foundation in technical problem-solving and process optimization.

Daniel Saurez
Computer Science, 4th Year
Daniel Saurez is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Florida. He has worked on many projects with other engineers including a small autonomous vehicle and a robotic goalkeeper. He is very interested in working with groups of other engineers to help others.
