Stratagem is a scheduling software project developed for CAE, to replace the company’s manual Microsoft Project workflows. The system automatically generates feasible, optimized schedules based on real task and resource constraints, cutting human error and drastically reducing planning time. It gives project managers “what-if” capabilities to test rapid changes on the fly and is projected to save CAE roughly $50,000 in labor per project. Stratagem is built to deliver fast, high-quality solutions at a scale CAE can actually use, guided by real schedules, user stories, and data from CAE’s own teams.
