One exciting change is our redesigned logo\u2014now a sleek eye with our team name, <strong>INSIGHT<\/strong>. The new design reflects our focus on clarity, vision, and attention to detail, which are core to our mission of providing intelligent network site tracking. These sessions helped us clarify how we&#8217;ll implement and build on what\u2019s already been done, ensuring we&#8217;re on the right track with our approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another highlight of the week was setting up the project repository. We tackled some critical challenges with Python 10 compatibility, successfully resolving issues with dependencies. Now, we\u2019re prepared for future development work in a stable environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, we spent a lot of time mapping out the requirements and specifications based on the Statement of Work (SOW). Having a clear understanding of the project\u2019s deliverables and milestones allows us to move forward with confidence. We\u2019ve also finalized our recurring meeting schedule with our coach and liaison, ensuring that communication remains open and productive as we progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Looking ahead, we\u2019ll focus on presenting our initial requirements to the liaison engineer to ensure everyone\u2019s on the same page. We\u2019re also gearing up to start drafting technical documents for integrating ML\/AI into the system, which will be key to hitting our next milestones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re feeling energized and excited about the progress so far, and can\u2019t wait to keep building!
