Oscar Diaz de la Rua

Major: B.S. in Computer Science
Minor: Business Administration & Statistics

My name is Oscar Diaz de la Rua, I am a senior student pursuing a Computer Science major at the University of Florida. I have worked as an undergraduate assistant on two laboratories at UF with interactions with AI/ML approaches to research having been of great importance, I have also been a Teaching Assistant for three semester on programming fundamentals 1, 2, and now Operating Systems. I’m excited to find what me and our team can accomplish and all that we will learn.


Harrison Salzverg

Major: B.S. in Computer Science

My name is Harrison Salzverg, I’m a senior Computer Science major at the University of Florida. I’m a member of the Computing Student Union and the Open Source club, and outside of class you can find me in the campus Crafts Center or volunteering at Habitat for Humanity. AI/ML tools are powerful, and I’m excited to have this opportunity to construct one and use it a professional setting like IPPD.


Sam Lonneman

B.A. in Mathematics

My name is Sam Lonneman, and I am a senior studying Computer Science and Mathematics student at the University of Florida. Outside of the classroom, I am the president of our chapter of Tau Beta Pi, The Engineering Honor Society, a research assistant in UF’s Indie Lab (Interactive Data and Immersive Environments), and a year-round XR Software Engineering Intern at Sandia National Laboratories. I’m excited to take a deep dive into AI/ML and grow professionally in IPPD under the guidance of our industry sponsor.


Andrei Ursu

Major: B.S. in Computer Science
Minor: Geography

My name is Andrei Ursu. I am a 4th year Computer Science student at the University of Florida. During my time at UF, I have been involved with organizations such as SHPE and Tau Beta Pi, gaining valuable experience in software development and leadership. Now, I’m excited to expand my knowledge in the world of AI and machine learning. With a foundational understanding of ML, I’m intrigued to see how models can interact with binary code. I look forward to the journey ahead with our team as we explore this evolving field.


Ruobin Chen

Major: B.S. in Computer Science
Minor: Chemistry

My name is Ruobin Chen. I am a 3rd year Computer Science Junior at the University of Florida, set to graduate this year. I’ve been fascinated with AI ever since reading sci-fi stories as a kid. This year has provided many opportunities for me to learn and explore AI, and I am excited to be on this team. For my personal coding projects, I enjoy making games.

Major: B.S. in Computer Science – Cybersecurity Track
Minor: Business Administration

My name is Ezekiel Klenicki. I am a 4th year Computer Science Senior at the University of Florida. I’ve worked on many Computer Science projects involving everything from databases/data analysis to web development to cybersecurity, but never anything with AI/ML, so I am very excited for this project. I am interested in learning more about AI and Cybersecurity and working in a real-world environment.

My name is Ruhi Reddy. I am a senior studying Computer Science at the University of Florida. I am currently an AI/ML research assistant for the SLaM Lab here at UF. I’m excited to learn more about the field through this project and work closely with industry professionals.
