Lucas Bradshaw<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Lucas Bradshaw is a fourth-year mechanical engineering and music double major from Naples, FL. He is also pursuing certificates in engineering project management and music performance. He is a teaching assistant for the course ‘Elements of Electrical Engineering’, served as principal musician of the UF Symphony Orchestra\/Wind Symphony, and is involved with Theta Tau professional engineering fraternity. Lucas recently completed a summer internship at the Advanced Acoustic Materials Laboratory in Austin, Texas through the Acoustical Society of America where he worked on integrating motion control systems to measure acoustic directivity. His professional interests are in acoustics, project management, and engineering education. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Joseph Mickler<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Joseph Mickler <\/strong>is a senior in Computer Engineering at the University of Florida with a specific interest in software engineering and embedded systems. He is currently enrolled in the combination degree program where he is taking graduate level courses to double count towards his Bachelors and Masters. Outside of the classroom, Joseph is an active member of the engineering honor society, Tau Beta Pi, where he partakes in social, professional, and volunteering activities. After graduation, Joseph plans to either stay at UF to obtain his Master’s degree, or get a full time software engineering job while he finishes his master’s degree online. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Connor Moore<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Connor Moore is in his senior year at the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering at the University of Florida. He will graduate in May 2025 with a major in Mechanical Engineering, a minor in Materials Science and Engineering, and certificates in both Engineering Innovation and Engineering Project Management. He completed mechanical engineering internships during the past two summers with Ring Power Cat, a nationally recognized construction and power system corporation, and IMEG, one of the nation\u2019s largest engineering consultants and design firms. Connor is interested in building information modeling, engineering consulting, and project management. Connor enjoys spending free time enjoying outdoor activities including surfing, exercising, hiking, and spending time on the water.  <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Victoria Siver<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Victoria Siver is a fifth-year Computer Engineering major at the University of Florida and she will be graduating in May 2025. She is a teaching assistant for two CISE courses and a research fellow working with Dr. Tuba Yavuz on power management topics within Linux. Outside of school she enjoys hiking and backpacking, as well as creative hobbies such as crochet, woodworking, and ceramics. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Michael Tung<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Michael Tung is an undergraduate student majoring in Electrical Engineering with a focus on FPGA design, signal processing, communication systems, and embedded systems. He has built strong skills in hardware-software co-design through hands-on experience in projects, coursework, and research experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, Michael is working as an undergraduate research assistant at the Communication\/Network lab under the guidance of Dr. Shea and Dr. Wong. In this project, he has contributed to projects involving R.F. systems and real-time data processing on RFSoC. This project deepened his understanding of advanced communication technologies and their practical applications. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Isaac Vela<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Isaac Vela is a third-year Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Florida, expecting to graduate in December 2025 with a minor in Computer and Information Sciences. He previously earned an Honors Associate in Arts degree with a STEM specialization from Santa Fe College, where he also worked as a tutor in math and science subjects. This past summer, Isaac worked in the Machine Intelligence Laboratory, helping design subsystems for an autonomous submarine. He also led a design team to create a custom FPV racing drone for a national competition. Isaac is passionate about using his engineering knowledge to assist and mentor younger engineers while striving to become a well-rounded professional. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Lyndsey LaBorde<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Lyndsey LaBorde is a fifth-year Computer Engineering major, also pursuing a minor in Economics. She is a member of the IEEE Hardware Design Team, Women in Computer Engineering, and a former research assistant in the SmartSystems Lab, working with hardware security on FPGAs. Lyndsey recently completed technology consulting summer internship with Accenture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outside of school, Lyndsey enjoys taking ballet classes, playing the clarinet, volunteering with the Field and Fork Pantry and working as a barista. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
