Hello everybody! This week, Solaris made our System Level Design Review (SLDR) presentation and report. The SLDR presentation was shown to an audience of our peers, IPPD coaches, and IPPD staff on Tuesday and we received some very helpful feedback from this audience! In the coming days, this feedback will go towards polishing our SLDR presentation so that we can present an exemplary model of our work to various industry guests next Tuesday. This SLDR presentation is meant to showcase proof that our designs and work on our project this semester will lead to a product that meets the product’s design specifications.

Our SLDR report will also undergo editing so that we can submit a final, refined version to our sponsor next week. This report includes specific details about our plans for spring and the literature we have reviewed, among a variety of other information.

Both the frontend and backend teams of Solaris have continued making progress on their respective tasks this week, despite our focus on the upcoming SLDR event, and will continue to do so going forward.
