{"id":970,"date":"2023-10-05T15:45:46","date_gmt":"2023-10-05T15:45:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ippd.ufl.edu\/blogs\/ay2324team01\/?p=970"},"modified":"2023-12-05T15:19:34","modified_gmt":"2023-12-05T15:19:34","slug":"4-team-building-lean-six-sigma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ippd.ufl.edu\/blogs\/ay2324team01\/2023\/10\/05\/4-team-building-lean-six-sigma\/","title":{"rendered":"Team Building &amp; Lean Six Sigma (Week 5)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In our fourth week as team SurgiGauge, we attended a Team Building Workshop that included a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification course held by Florida Power &amp; Light (FPL).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The course introduced us to the Lean Six Sigma methodology which aims to improve product quality and make processes more efficient. We can&#8217;t wait to implement what we&#8217;ve learned to our project!
