Brian Chen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Biosystem Engineering,<\/em> 4th Year<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brian was originally from Sarasota, FL before attending UF. He is primarily involved on campus with the Society of Asian Scientist and Engineers (SASE), and is also in the IFAS soil extensions lab. Over the summer of 2023, Brian worked as a intern with P&G and is looking to transition into industry full time after graduation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Rayan Dharia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Biomedical Engineering, 4th year<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rayan Dharia, a dedicated individual from Palm Beach, FL, is passionate about neuroengineering and brain-computer interfaces. His hands-on experience as a process and R&D engineering intern at East End Medical, where he successfully reduced the size of the SafeCross device while adding new features, highlights his innovation and problem-solving abilities. Beyond academics, Rayan is a sports enthusiast who serves as the captain of an intramural flag football team and a community-focused leader, leading a Generation Relief in Prosthetics research team. Rayan’s future plans include pursuing a combination program to earn a master’s degree in biomedical engineering.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Daniel Giraldo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Electrical Engineering, 4th Year<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daniel is passionate about solving complex problems through engineering. His professional experience includes a role as an Electrical Systems Engineering Intern with Northrop Grumman Space Systems – Launch Vehicles in Chandler, AZ. He is involved with the UF Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), the UF Kickboxing Club, and volunteers at the Cade Museum for Creativity & Invention. After graduation, he will work in the defense industry while pursuing graduate-level education.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Kellen McKenney<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Mechanical Engineering, 4th Year<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kellen is interested in the applications of engineering in the medical field. He is primarily involved in Generational Relief in Prosthetics (GRiP) and has volunteered as an undergraduate research assistant in the OrthoBME lab at UF. During the summer of 2023, he interned at IHMC in Pensacola, FL where he worked as a robotics engineer on humanoid robot, Nadia. He intends to gain industry experience after graduation before returning to graduate school.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Andrea Noy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Mechanical Engineering, 4th Year<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrea is involved in several capacities centered on engineering, biology, and medicine, including through the Integrative Mechanobiology Lab, Brain Mapping Lab, UF Health Cancer Center (UFHCC) University Scholars Program, and International Genetically Engineered Machine (iGEM). She plans to enter industry following graduation. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Conrad Wyrick<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Mechanical Engineering, 5th Year<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conrad is involved with various professional and student organization including the UF Society of Hispanic and Professional Engineers (SHPE), the UF Society of Asian Scientist and Engineers (SASE), UF Engineers Without Borders (EWB), and the UF office of Asian Pacific Islander Desi Affairs. He is also currently the vice-president of the UF American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
