How to Enroll
Welcome

Thank you for visiting the Integrated Product and Process Design (IPPD) Program Project Team Recruiting web site. This page contains IPPD registration and background information. IPPD begins each Fall term and runs for 2 semesters.

NOTE: IPPD counts for 3 credits of technical elective and 3 credits for senior design. For Business students, IPPD counts for 6 hours of electives.

Eligibility

Students who will have approximately 30 hours to graduate in the fall term of their senior year are eligible to apply. Students with more than 30 hours to graduate will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Application Process
Step 1   Read the IPPD Program Overview and review the eligibility guidelines. A list of prerequisites and co requisites for your major is included with the overview.

Step 2

Preference will be given to students who meet all the eligibility guidelines, but factors such as work experience, special skills and academic performance will also be considered. Note that you may currently be enrolled in one or more of the prerequisite courses. You can note this on your application. When prompted for the number of hours prior to graduation, assume this value reflects courses completed prior to fall of the IPPD program year, even if you haven't yet completed these courses.

Step 3

Your online application will be routed to your departmental Undergraduate Studies Office. The first application deadline coincides with last day of undergraduate advisement for the spring semester. A first group of applicants will be selected for participation in IPPD prior to the end of spring semester classes. As more projects are recruited, additional applicants will be accepted.

Applications will be accepted up to the throughout the summer; however, first consideration will be given to Spring Term applicants. Check on the status of your application on a regular basis during the Summer Term.
