Description: Cost reduction of existing electronic packaging techniques while maintaining quality standards and reliability of circuit card assemblies. These electronic packages are used in department of defense communications and weapon systems.
Florida Power
Silt Density Index Tester
Description: Automation of processes performing silt index testing and controlling the polymer injection pump in the Florida Power generation plant.
Honeywell, Inc.
High Voltage Power Supply
Description: Alternative design for a high voltage power supply at substantially lower costs. These power supplies are required in relatively small inertial measurement units containing miniature laser gyros.
Paradyne
