Click here to access the system. You can access the team member evaluations from the menu on the left hand side. Click on a link on left menu named "View team evaluation data."

You will be able to view details from previous team member evaluations and see who has not completed in-process evaluations.

Please complete the design team evaluation form. Fill out the top portion of the form (course, project title, team name, and team members) and forward it to your liaison engineers for completion. The form should only be completed by sponsor personnel that have regularly interacted with the team and are in a position to evaluate the team's efforts.

Forward the completed evaluations to Dr. Stanfill no later than 12 December.
